Common questions

Frequently Asked Questions

General

Where do you deliver?

We hand-deliver across Tulsa and the surrounding area, roughly anywhere within a 45-minute drive of our kitchen. We don’t ship nationally; these cookies are baked to be eaten fresh, not to sit in a warehouse. If you have a very large order that needs to travel farther, ask. If we can say yes, we will.

How far in advance should I order?

Please allow about 7 days from order to delivery. Every box is baked fresh to order and boxed by hand, and we confirm your delivery window with you after you order. Working against a deadline? Ask. If we can say yes, we will.

What comes in a box?

Eight cookies, boxed by hand, finished with ribbon and a note. The lineup draws from our Core Four (The OG, The Met, The Maverick, and The Fluffer Nutter), plus two seasonal flavors that rotate through the year. Every one starts from the same signature base: browned European butter, house-made vanilla bean paste, organic dark brown sugar, organic unbleached flour.

Can I choose the flavors in my box?

Yes. Your box of eight is yours to build from the Core Four, plus whatever seasonal flavors are in rotation. Not sure? Tell us who it’s for and we’ll put a box together that fits.

I have a food allergy. Can I still order?

Please read our allergen notice before you do. Our recipes use, and our kitchen regularly handles, wheat/gluten, eggs, milk, soy, tree nuts, peanuts, and sesame. Everything is baked on shared equipment, so we can’t guarantee any cookie is free from cross-contact, and we aren’t able to make certified allergen-free cookies. If you or the person you’re gifting has a severe allergy, write to us before you order and we’ll talk through the risk honestly, even if the honest answer is that we’re not the right fit. Full ingredient lists for any flavor are yours for the asking.

Do you offer a gluten-free option?

Yes. We make a gluten-free version of The OG for anyone who needs it. Just ask when you order. It’s baked in the same kitchen as the rest, so the recipe is gluten-free but we can’t promise it’s free from gluten cross-contact. If that matters for you, write to us first and we’ll walk through it together.

How should I store the cookies, and how long do they keep?

Your box arrives at room temperature, ready when you are. They’re at their very best in the first 3 days, and still great through 6. An airtight container keeps them that way, if they last that long.

Something’s not right with my order. What do I do?

Tell us within 48 hours (a photo and your order details to contact@thecookie.club) and we’ll make it right with a replacement or a refund. Because cookies are fresh, perishable food, we generally can’t take returns once a box is delivered. But we stand behind every box that leaves our kitchen; if something’s wrong, that’s our problem to fix, not yours.

Why the name “Ring & Robe”?

It comes from an old story we love. A son walks home expecting to be turned away, and before he can finish his apology, his father has put a ring on his finger and a robe on his back. That’s the welcome we measure ourselves against: not just being nice to people, but going out of your way to show them they’re valued. Every box is a small, deliberate version of it. The longer telling is on our About page.

Corporate gifting

How does the free first box work?

Ask for one. It takes about two minutes, and there’s no commitment. Within 48 hours a real person (Justin, actually) replies to arrange hand-delivery, about 7 days out. It’s the same $40 box your clients would get, one per business, for teams exploring a gifting program. If it’s a fit, we’ll build your program from there. If not, you keep the cookies.

What does corporate gifting cost?

One-time boxes are $40, delivery included. Recurring programs start at $30 a box. Tell us your list size and cadence, and we’ll shape the program to fit. Every box includes a custom thank-you note, tailored to you and finished by hand.

Can you deliver straight to our clients?

Yes. That’s most of what we do. We hand-deliver across Tulsa and surrounding areas, either to you to hand off yourself, or straight to your client’s door with your note. After you order, we confirm the delivery details and timing with you, so a list of names and addresses is all we need from your side.

Can we personalize the note, and will they know it’s from us?

Every box carries a custom thank-you note, tailored to you and finished by hand, with your name on it, not ours. You’re the one they should remember; we just do the baking. If there’s something particular you want said, say it, and we’ll get it right.

Can you put our logo or branding on the boxes?

The box arrives in Ring & Robe finish (ribbon, note, the details we obsess over), and your name where it matters most: on the note. Have something particular in mind for your business? Ask. If we can say yes, we will.

The Club

How does the Club work?

Members receive a monthly box of eight cookies, hand-finished and delivered to your door. The rotation changes with the season, and members are the first to taste new seasonal flavors and special monthly drops, before anyone else.

How do I get an invitation?

Membership opens in limited rounds, and we’re keeping the club small to start. Every box gets the same hands, and we’d rather stay small than let that slip. Drop your name on the list at the Club page and you’ll be the first to know when the next round opens. Invitations go out by email, in order. Members come from that list. That’s the only door in.

What does membership cost?

Membership is $35 a month for the box of eight, delivery included. Month to month, no contract.

Can I cancel? Is there a commitment?

Anytime, no hard feelings. Membership is month to month. You can manage or cancel from your account, which opens the secure Stripe portal, and cancelling stops all future billing. The current cycle isn’t pro-rated or refunded, so a box already in the works still gets our full attention.

Still have a question?

We’d love to hear it. Email contact@thecookie.club or reach us through our contact page. No account needed.
