These terms govern your use of the Ring & Robe Cookie Club website and the orders and memberships you place through it.
1. Who we are
This site is operated by Ring & Robe Cookie Club (“Ring & Robe,” “we,” “us”), located at 7785 S Mingo Rd, Apt 402, Tulsa, OK 74133. You can reach us at contact@thecookie.club.
2. Using our site
By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 (or have a parent or guardian order for you) to buy from us or hold a membership. Please keep your account information accurate and your password secure — you’re responsible for activity under your account. Don’t use the site to break the law, infringe others’ rights, interfere with how the site works, or access data that isn’t yours.
3. Orders & payment
Prices are in U.S. dollars and applicable sales tax is added where required. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we do not store full card details, and an order is confirmed once payment is authorized. We try to keep pricing and product details accurate, but if something is listed with an obvious error we may correct it or cancel the affected order and refund you. We may also decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is unavailable, an order looks fraudulent, or we can’t safely fulfill an allergy-related request — and we’ll refund any charge if we do.
4. Memberships & recurring billing
Club memberships bill on a recurring basis until cancelled. You can manage or cancel anytime from the account area via the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation and refund details are in our Delivery, Returns & Cancellations policy. Your membership renews automatically each billing period at the then-current price, and your saved payment method is charged until you cancel. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the current period and stops future charges. We’ll give reasonable notice of any price change before it takes effect.
5. Delivery, returns & food safety

6. Intellectual property
The Ring & Robe name, logo, photography, and site content are owned by Ring & Robe Cookie Club. You may view and share them for personal, non-commercial purposes, but you may not copy, reproduce, or use them commercially without our written permission.
7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
Our cookies are handmade food products. Except as required by law, they are provided “as is,” and we disclaim warranties not expressly stated here, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Please read our Allergen Notice carefully before ordering — we cannot guarantee any item is free from allergen cross-contact. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ring & Robe is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to these terms or your order will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Tulsa County, Oklahoma. Please contact us first, though — we’d much rather resolve any concern with you directly.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version, and continued use of the site means you accept the changes.
