Delivery, returns & cancellations

Every box is made to order and finished by hand, so here’s what to expect on timing, delivery, and the rare occasion something isn’t right.
Making & delivering your order
- Cookies are baked fresh to order. Please allow about 7 days from order to delivery.
- We hand-deliver locally within the Tulsa, Oklahoma area — we don’t ship nationally at this time.
- Any local delivery details and timing are confirmed with you after you order.
- You’ll receive a confirmation when your order is placed, and we’ll coordinate your delivery window.
A perishable, handmade product
Because our cookies are fresh, perishable food, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered. We stand behind every box, though — so if something is wrong, we’ll make it right.
If something arrives damaged or wrong
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or not in good condition, email us at contact@thecookie.club within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order details, and we’ll make it right with a replacement or a refund.
Cancelling a one-time order
Need to cancel a one-time order? Contact us as soon as you can. We can usually cancel or change an order before it goes into production; once it’s baked or shipped, we may not be able to.
Cancelling a Club membership
Club members can manage or cancel a subscription anytime from the account area, which opens the secure Stripe customer portal. Cancelling stops future billing; the current billing cycle and any box already in production are not pro-rated or refunded.
